What does Benchmark Sixty do?
We help restaurant operators keep more of the money they already make. We rebuild how labor is measured, scheduled and managed, and engineer menus for margin, so a typical client gains 2–5 profit points without cutting shifts or raising prices.
Why not just track labor as a percentage of sales?
Labor percentage tells you how big payroll is next to revenue. It doesn’t tell you whether your team is productive. We measure output per labor hour, such as sales or covers per labor hour, by daypart, which shows exactly which shifts to add to or cut.
What is a Labor Profit Blueprint?
A 45-minute working session. You send three months of sales and labor by location, we run them through our model with you, and you get a written Found Profit Report ranking the fixes by dollar impact.
What is one labor point worth?
One labor point is 1% of sales. At $40,000 a week in sales, one point is worth $20,800 a year per location, so a 2–5 point gain is worth $41,600 to $104,000 a year.
